WHAT IS PALEO?
The Paleolithic diet is an athletically driven diet, which becomes a nutritional approach to the genetic perception that our modern diet is the root of most, if not all, degenerative diseases and obesity (modern diets including: include high amounts of dairy, grains, processed food and sugars, preservatives, legumes, starches as well as alcohol, as well as high-fat-grain-fed proteins). So what’s left? A wide variety of fruits, nuts, seeds, proteins, HEALTHY FATS, and vegetables of course! This isn’t rabbit food that we’re talking about, this is THE diet backed by biological, biochemical, ophthalmological, and dermatological research. Is it enough? Diets rich in monounsaturated and omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA), antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, combined with regular exercise provide well rounded health benefits, including but not limited to more efficiency in our workouts (without the inflammation that starches cause, but gluten intolerance and celiac disease are another subject), sleep, overall energy, autoimmunity to allergies and disease, stability in our blood sugar with Regularity, and a healthy outlook on life. Just as with any diet there is speculation and questions as to whether-or-not it works, the best teacher in life is EXPERIENCE! Even if eliminating grains and dairy is a seemingly impossible task; give our Paleolithic, 1200, or 1600 caloric meal replacements a try, with guaranteed results!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1200 & 1600?
This is a small differentiation in portion control of starches for anyone who may be necessarily not looking to eliminate all starches and dairy from their diet. The caloric breakdown of this difference is exemplified below, under “Portion Control.”

We love to cook, we love food, and we hope you do too! We understand the difficulty of eliminating starches, grains, saturated fats, as well dairy (especially in the South!). We have worked to create dishes that reflect the palettes of our demographic. We work off of a nutritionally focused, four-week cycle menu that reflects Alabama’s seasonality, versatility, viability, as well as demand for good food! The meal plan is here for your convenience, because we know how hard it is to eat healthy on the go, with kids, and on your own. You can structure a meal plan to your desire, whether you want to order off of the menu alone, order for just a day, week or month, or have a standing plan, the convenience is here for YOU!
